Refund Policy

Products sold by The Access Point have no warranty other than that provided by Selectel Wireless.  Once a plan has been placed, our service is deemed fulfilled.  Any issues with the plans must be directed to Selectel Wireless.  Any refund inquiries due to issues with plans must also be directed to Selectel Wireless.  There are no refunds due to customer errors such as entering the wrong phone number.  If the phone number and phone number confirmation, don't match, the plan will not be placed to avoid any confusion. In such a case, we will either refund the plan or contact the customer for clarification.
